"kompromi dulu dong.. " mungkin diantara kalian sering mendengar kalimat ini..

Menurut Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia, kompromi berarti persetujuan dengan jalan damai atau saling mengurangi tuntutan. Banyak diantara kita yang belum melaksanakan kompromi dengan baik. Untuk hal-hal yang berurusan dengan 2 atau sekelompok orang, kompromi adalah hal yang penting untuk dilakukan. Karena tak jarang sering terjadi kesalahpahaman atau kerugian salah satu pihak dalam pengambilan keputusan. Kompromi juga harus dilakukan dengan kepala dingin agar kesepakatan terjadi dengan baik dan tidak ada pihak yg dirugikan,,

Seperti pengalaman yang baru aja gw alami, melakukan hal tanpa kompromi terlebih dahulu dapat membuat salah satu atau beberapa pihak tidak setuju bahkan menjadi sakit hati. Tanpa maksud menyalahkan pihak2 tertentu atau membuat pihak2 tertentu merasa bersalah, gw membahas masalah kompromi ini karena kompromi adalah hal yang dekat dengan keseharian kita sebagai makhluk sosial. Tanpa kompromi mungkin kita tidak bisa hidup damai di dunia ini. Karena setiap individu itu berbeda2...
